Mediation and out of Court Divorce

Mediation

Mediation  is  where  an  attorney  familiar  with  an  area  of  law  helps  the  parties  in  a  dispute  discuss  their  differences  and  try  to  reach  a  settlement.   People  are  more  likely  to  follow  a  settlement  that  they  took  part  in  creating.    Mediation  can  save  money  by  avoiding  costly  trials.

Out of Court Divorce

Out  of  Court  Divorce  means  settling  your  case  without  a  trial.    An  attorney  can  help  you  create  a  settlement  agreement  that  includes  the  things  that  it  needs  to  have  in  it  in  order  to  be  approved  by  the  court.    Settling  out  of  court  can  save  time  and  money.
